Traditionally, a mantra is a word or sound repeated rhythmically to aid concentration in meditation.
But for the purpose of our practice this week, we are using a phrase as our mantra - "Stay strong; stay positive".
I’ve been really struggling to write my blog this week. I simply cannot put how I’m feeling in to words. So I think this mantra sums up what I need to do rather nicely.
When we’re feeling tested by things, silently repeating a mantra to ourselves during our yoga practice can be a powerful way to give us energy and help keep us motivated.
So stay strong and stay positive!
