And you would never guess what happens when you put two yoga-fanatics in a room together?! Yep - they talk about Yoga A LOT!!
After having explained to her that I have been feeling a little off my game with my practice recently, and the little practice that I have been doing has consisted of slow, gentle movements and breathing, she kindly reminded me that at this time of year we all start to slow down a bit! So how I was feeling was perfectly normal.
Being the beautiful soul that she is, she naturally inspired this week's intention by reiterating that our yoga practice should always nourish us - it should always only ever be what we need at the time.
So as we push forward full steam ahead in to October, and begin to think of ways we can keep ourselves nourished during the colder, shorter, darker days, let's make our yoga practice one of things that provides us with that nourishment.
