Our bodies change beyond our control, we can feel anxious and scared about how the pregnancy is progressing, and the amount of decisions we have to make can be overwhelming and daunting.
Practicing yoga during pregnancy is a wonderful way to feel more relaxed about things. It can help us feel empowered when it comes to making choices about our bodies and our babies, but more than this, Yoga provides us with a space whereby we can listen and connect deeply to our intuition - something we rely heavily on as mothers.
