If you’re feeling overwhelmed, constantly on the go, or like you never quite get a moment to yourself - this space is for you.

I offer supportive, down-to-earth yoga classes in Barnstaple, North Devon and online, designed to help you slow down, release tension, and feel more like yourself again. These aren’t classes where you need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga.” Instead of labelling sessions as beginner, intermediate, or advanced, I focus on what you need. Some days that might be gentle movement, rest, and grounding. Other days, it might be a little more energy, strength, and flow.

You don’t have to arrive feeling calm or put together - just as you are is more than enough. This is your dedicated time each week to breathe, move your body, and let go of everything you’ve been holding… so you leave feeling calmer, clearer, and better able to handle everyday life.

Have a browse through the class descriptions below and see which one speaks to you. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after some time away, I’d love to welcome you. All classes take place in Barnstaple (with pregnancy yoga in Fremington), and if getting to a studio feels like too much, you can join my Monday class live online via Zoom or unwind with my monthly New Moon practices from the comfort of home.

Gentle Stretch & Flow Yoga - Mondays 10:15am (75mins)

✨ For when your body feels tight, your mind feels fast and you just need to slow things down. ✨

Start your week with a calm, supportive space to breathe, move and release tension, without any pressure to push or perform.

This gentle, Hatha-inspired class blends soothing stretches, mindful movement and somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body from the inside out. Together, we explore simple, effective ways to ease stiffness, improve mobility and create a sense go calm and balance.

Allow me to gently guide you through slow flows, mindful pauses and subtle, nervous system support; helping your body feel safer, more relaxed and less on edge.

You don't need to be flexible or experienced, just come as you are.

Pregnancy

For when your body is changing: your mind feels full and you want to feel calm, supported and connected throughout your pregnancy.

Pregnancy can bring so many emotions - excitement, uncertainty, overwhelm - and this is the space for you to slow down, breathe and breathe gently held through it all.

These classes are designed to help you feel more at ease in your changing body, address common aches tension and to build your confidence as your preparation for birth. It is a space without pressure, expectations and any judgement whatsoever.

Through gentle movement, breath work and relaxation, you will be guided to connect with your body and your baby. We create a sense of calm and steadiness you can carry with you beyond the mat.

There is also the space to share, connect and simply be around other women who get it - because you are not alone in your thoughts and experiences.

You do not need and previous yoga experience to join. Just come as you are and find a space to slow down, tune in and feel supported through each trimester.

Strength & Surrender - Thursdays 6:30pm (75 mins)

💫 For when you want to feel stronger in your body... but also need to rest. 💫

This class brings together the best of both worlds; steady, strength building movement to help you feel more and capable and supported in your body, alongside spacious moments of rest, to help you soften, release and reset.

You'll be guided through a creative, intelligently designed practice that blends flowing sequences, mindful holds and deeper stretches (always with options, allowing you to move in the way that feels right for you)

We'll explore the balance between effort and ease...building strength without forcing, finding the stillness within.

The final part of there class is dedicated to slowing right down, with a longer, more nourishing relaxation to help you filly unwind, integrating the practice.

Leave feeling stronger, more grounded and deeply relaxed.

Gentle Stretch & Flow – Mondays at 10:15am

Start your week with a softer approach.

This calming, feel-good class is designed to:


  • Release tension from the body
  • Support your nervous system
  • Help you move with ease and awareness

You’ll be guided in real time, with options to adapt the practice to suit your body and energy levels.

This is a perfect session for those who are working from home and need a gentle start to the week, or for mummas who have little ones at home and want something they can do whilst bubba eats breakfast or perhaps even join you on the mat!

🌑 New Moon Magic Workshops (Online)

A monthly space to pause, reset, and realign.

These workshops are a blend of:


  • Gentle yoga
  • Somatic movement
  • Breathwork & guided reflection
  • Deep rest

Each session is designed to help you step out of the constant “doing” and into a place of awareness, intention and inner calm.

Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or simply in need of a reset.
