Rather than labelling sessions as beginner, intermediate, or advanced, I focus on what you and what you need from your practice. Some days you might crave gentle movement and grounding; other days you might want a little more energy and flow. My classes are here to hold space for all of it.

All my classes take place in Barnstaple (pregnancy yoga is in Fremington), but if you prefer practising from the comfort of home, you can join my Monday and Thursday classes live online via Zoom.
Mummy & Baby
These are one off yoga classes, designed to give you a bit of time to stretch, flow and breathe, whilst spending some quality time with your baby, encouraging their movement and development too.
Pregnancy

Missed a live class? No problem! I record select live-streamed sessions and add them to a growing video library, so you can practice at a time that suits you. This way, you still experience the full energy and flow of a real class, just on your own schedule.

Gentle Yoga (Online)
Relax and unwind with some gentle stretches and flowing movements. Breathe, release and let go of any stress or tension you are holding on to in both mind and body
Energy Flow (Online)
This is really fun, stronger practice, with some deeper stretches and longer, stronger postures and dynamic flows!
Relax & Unwind (Online)
With incredibly slow, Yin-inspired restorative poses, and soothing breath-work, this session will give you deep rest and relaxation. Here, our brain's threat level is lowered, and it begins to send messages to the body that we are safe.
