This dynamic Vinyasa–Hatha fusion class blends strong, flowing sequences with deeper stretches and mindful pauses. Expect creative, intelligently designed movement drawn from Hatha, Vinyasa, Forrest Yoga, and neuroscience-inspired techniques, helping you explore strength, balance, and mobility in new and exciting ways.

Our brains love novelty, and when we move in different ways, we create new neural pathways (a process known as neuroplasticity). This means you’re not just building physical strength and flexibility; you’re also supporting brain health, coordination, and longevity.

Every session includes moments of rest and reflection, finishing with a soothing savasana to leave you grounded and recharged.

All levels are welcome, and modifications are offered throughout - encouraging you to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good for you.

These classes will be held at the Tarka Clinic in Barnstaple (behind M&S) and streamed live on Zoom.

There are toilets at the venue.
Music will be played during this session.
Essential oil will be diffused during this session.

If you have the following, please bring with you (but please don't worry if you don't!):
~ A yoga mat
~ A strap
~ 2 x Yoga Blocks
~ A cushion/pillow or bolster 
~ A blanket
