💫 This is really fun, stronger practice, with some deeper stretches and longer, stronger postures and dynamic flows! 💫
In these sessions, I draw upon inspiration from trainings I have taken in Hatha, Vinyasa, Forrest Yoga and neuroscience! I create sequences that are exploratory in their approach, and get you to play around and have fun discovering the incredible and multifaceted ways in which our bodies are able to move.
Our brains also love novelty, so when we move our bodies in different ways it creates new neural-pathways in the brain - this is called neuroplasticity ,and is incredibly important for ageing! So these sessions are designed to keep your body strong and your brain sharp!
Of course, we intertwine this with moments of rest, and we end with a delicious and much-needed savasana relaxation!

As always, I offer modifications along the way, and it is important to listen to your body and only do what feels right for you.

These classes will be held at the Tarka Clinic in Barnstaple (behind M&S) and streamed live on Zoom.
