💞 A yoga class designed to give you a bit of time to stretch, flow and breathe, whilst spending some quality time with baby and encouraging their movement and development too 💞
For the first part of the class we introduce ourselves and our babies and share in anything motherhood-related we'd like to, creating a sense of the village we so desperately need as mums.

We start by singing a few songs and interact with baby, and then move in to a Yoga practice designed to rebuild strength and flexibility after pregnancy and birth.
I also really encourage you to reconnect with your body after birthing your baby, and to practice kindness towards yourself as you navigate being in what might feel like a completely different body to the one you had pre-pregnancy 💕
It can feel really wonderful to be supported by other mums, but it is important to remember that although we are all in this together, we are also on our own unique paths of motherhood. What might be right for one, won't be right for the other. Just like pregnancy, every postnatal body and experience will be different - so please honour where you are right now (it will change again in a few weeks/months!)
I give lots of modifications to guide you gently through your postnatal journey, but as always it is so important to listen to your body and only do what feels right for you.
There will be toys for babies to play with too!

Instructions
These classes are held at Fremington Beechfield Centre and there is parking at the venue.
There are toilets and baby-changing facilities at the venue, and enough space to store a buggy.
If you have the following it is handy to bring them, but please don't worry if you don't:
~ a cushion or blanket for baby and/or yourself
~ a colourful scarf or muslin
~ baby’s favourite toyÂ
