ZOOM SESSION

A blissful start to the week.

✨ Relax and unwind with some gentle stretches and flowing movements. Breathe, release and let go of any stress or tension you are holding on to in both mind and body ✨

Moving gently in our bodies provides us with the opportunity to check-in with ourselves and understand what might be going on for us on a deeper level.
This is more somatic in its approach, meaning that there is time given to really explore how our bodies are feeling and where we might be storing trapped energy, trauma and emotions, and begin to allow them to shift, move and release!

All within the comfort of your own home!

As always, listen to your body and only do what feels right for you.

Stay cosy and comfortable in your own home.
Input the Meeting ID and password emailed to you at the time of booking.
I will inform you of any equipment you will need at the beginning of class.
